Professional Services & Facilities

Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff  –  $1995

Our basic services fee includes: 24 hour availability of staff to respond to initial request for service; on-line, phone or in-home arrangement conference (Davidson County location); planning selected tribute ceremony; securing vital statistics; preparing all state and federal documents, coordination with cemetery, crematory, and other third parties; overhead costs such as insurance, maintenance, utility, secretarial, administrative, and office equipment expenses. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains).

Embalming – $750

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law embalming may be necessary, however if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or immediate burial.

For Visitation or Viewing (at Funeral Home) per day – $200
Memorial Service (at Funeral Home) – $150
For Funeral Ceremony (at Another Facility) – $350
For Visitation or Viewing (at Another Facility) per day – $300
Memorial Service (at Another Facility) – $300
Graveside Service – $300

Other preparation of remains

Encasement of Remains, Dressing, Professional Cosmetics & Basic Hair Styling – $350
Restoration As Necessary – $40 per hour
Autopsied Remains-Additional – $200
(No Embalming Care) – $100
Refrigeration (per day or portion thereof)  – $125
Washing and Disinfecting (No Embalming) – $145
Sheltering Remains (after 4 days)  – $75 per day


Transfer of Remains to the Funeral Home (*Within a 50 mile radius) – $300

Automotive Equipment

Coach (Hearse) – * 50 mile radius – $400
Transfer Vehicle * 50 mile radius – $150
Flower Van * 50 mile radius – $150
Passenger Cars (Limousine) – * 50 mile radius – $450
Service Utility Vehicle * 50 mile radius – $225
Additional Loaded Mileage Charge  – $1.50 Per Mile
