The goods and services shown in our Pricing Table are those we provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Prior to drafting any contract for goods and services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the final arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any pre-need agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.
To provide the services requested, it is necessary for financial arrangements to be settled before the remains are casketed or cremated. We accept cash, visa, master card, money orders, and cashier’s checks. We do not offer payment plans nor accept postdated checks.
S A G Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. offers package service plans for cremation and burial choices which are discounted from this published price list.
The Federal Trade Commission regulates funeral homes and has established a series of rules called The Funeral Rule. The Funeral Rule protects consumers’ right to purchase funeral goods and services separately. You do not have to accept a package that includes items you do not want.
The Funeral Rule requires every funeral home to have a General Price List. It is a written, itemized price list of all the items and services the funeral home offers. This General Price List will be your guide to planning for your loved ones.
